All tours are taken in an informal and relaxed atmosphere with the objective of grasping the moment in the beautiful countryside around Copenhagen and southern Sweden. The tours have been designed to combine the best birding spots with beautiful nature at a reasonable distance from Copenhagen.
If there is a special request, or an urge to see a specific target let us know before you book one of the standard tours and we will try to accommodate your request. We will pull out all the stops to give you the best chances of finding your target(s).
Tours are for half (5 hours) or a full day (8 hours) but these can be expanded from dawn till dusk if there is a special request for longer hours in the field.
During your tour, we can focus on finding you new birds, building a good day list, identification or just taking it easy for a laid-back birdwatching and nature experience. The choice is yours, tours will be tailored to your requests.
For all tours, a pre-agreed meeting spot will be confirmed, usually within 15-20 minutes from Copenhagen city centre hotels.

Personal insurance. Participants join at their own risk. Birding Copenhagen accepts no liability for personal injury, loss or damage, or any incidents that may occur during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and ensuring they are fit and prepared for the activity.
Accommodation if tour is extended for more than 1 day

Prices are for 1 or 2 participants, or 3 or 4 participants. Maximum participants is 4. Children 14 and under are free of charge. Full payment is due 30 days before the tour or when booking if the tour is less than 30 days. Tours are non-refundable if the tour is scheduled to take place within 7 days and you cancel. A 50% refund will be refunded for tours scheduled to take place more than 7 days out.
